According to many institutions start to point that development of logistics system is very important and also see that this is the key to develop national efficiency. However the past procedure still lack of integration, it makes process did not go to the right way. So the group has agree to enhance a quality of Logistics system that can compete with world market by established The Thai Federation on Logistics under management of The Thai Logistics and Supply chain which has Mr. Krirkkla  Sonthimas  been a chairman of the federation since December 2003. Board of development of competitive skill and ability for national competition which has the Prime Minister is the director had committed to found the Task Force for 4 parties to act in response of logistics by consists of Fundamental structure, Database, Data connection and human development. In November 2004, the seminar of all Chamber of Commerce which The Thai Chamber of Commerce, Board of Trade of Thailand and Thai national Shippers’ Council had assign to establish the private organization that response to increase the efficiency of logistics system and reliable benefit.
